When can I arrive?

The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m.

By when do I have to vacate the apartment?

On your day of departure, please vacate your accommodation by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

Where can I park?

We have plenty of free of charge parking spaces on the hotel premises. You can also reserve a space in our underground garage for €10.00 a night.

Is there a bar?

Finish off a busy day with a night cap – our self-service bar is open around the clock and offers cool refreshments, local beers, selected wines and delicious snacks that make a get-together even more sociable.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We don’t have a restaurant in the hotel. However, there are many good restaurants and pubs nearby that we can recommend.
We are happy to spoil you in the mornings with our gourmet à la carte breakfast.


Is breakfast included?

No – you can choose whether you want something delicate or hearty, on a daily basis or spontaneously – we will serve you the breakfast you choose that is priced according to what you order. We recommend reserving a table in plenty of time! Times: 7.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.

Do you also offer vegan food?

Naturally, we offer our guests a vegan breakfast. Our breakfast menu includes gluten-free bread and pastries, lactose-free milk products and a number of vegan foodstuffs.

Can I store my bicycle safely?

You are welcome to store your bicycle free of charge in our underground garage. Please let us know before you arrive if you would like to use this service.

Do you have bicycles for hire?

Yes – you can hire trekking and electric bikes from us in the hotel.

Can I bring my dog?

We have a limited number of rooms in which well-behaved dogs are allowed. We charge €90.00 for a special cleaning fee. Please contact us directly if you would like to bring your dog with you and we will check availability.
Dogs are not allowed in the bar area or breakfast room.
We ask you to comply with our rules for the consideration of the other guests. The dog owner will be liable for any damages incurred.  

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

No – You can also make the advance payment by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my booking?

Please refer to your booking confirmation for our cancellation policy. If you have booked an offer that can be cancelled, you can cancel free of charge for up to 30 days before your arrival date. Please cancel it in the same way that you made your booking (e-mail booking – e-mail cancellation/online booking – online cancellation). If your reservation cannot be cancelled, please contact us directly.  

Do I have to pay in advance when I book?

An advance payment is always required to guarantee your reservation. Your booking confirmation will state the time when the payment is due.
You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card. Your data will be handled with the strictest confidence.  

Can I buy a gift voucher?

With a gift card for the “Maximilian- Allgäu pur Appartements”, you are guaranteed to put a smile on the recipient’s face. We would be happy to create an individual gift card for a stay or for our gourmet breakfast.

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes, you can use our charging station for electric cars right in front of the hotel for a fee.
Please contact us if you would like us to reserve a charging station parking space for you.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Our mission is that you arrive in our hotel and feel comfortable. Of course, this means that the beds are made, hand and bath towels are available, and the kitchen is equipped with cloths.

Should I arrange travel insurance?

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy for your booked holiday to avoid any cancellation fees.

Where can I go shopping?

There is a Rewe supermarket just 800 m away with a bakery, butcher counter and petrol station.

Do I have to pay extra for cleaning at the end of my holiday?

The price includes the final cleaning of your apartment. Would you like to have your apartment cleaned during your stay? Please contact us about this directly.  

What can I hire from the hotel?

Cot (one-time charge of €40),
children’s high chair (one-time charge of €10),
bathrobe (one-time charge of €5),
bath stool (free),
bicycle (from €10)

Can I receive external visitors in the apartment?

Please let us know if you have any visitors. You are welcome to stay in the public area.
Only hotel guests have access to the apartments.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Our high-speed Wi-Fi service is available free of charge throughout the hotel. We will give you the password when you arrive.

How much is the visitor’s tax?

The visitor’s tax is charged separately. Adults €2.16 per day, children aged 6-15 €1.21 per day. When you arrive you will receive the Schwangauer Gästekarte that provides you with local discounts and free bus travel.

Can I also book for 1 night?

Please understand that we cannot usually let our apartments for short stays.
However, there are exceptions from time to time – please contact us directly.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

Please note that smoking is not allowed in our hotel in accordance with the non-smoking law.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies or terraces or in front of the hotel.
